I had bought from this brand in the past, and it's always been a hassle with returns/exchanges. Last time, I ordered two hoodies for my two cats in size S and they were too small, so I exchanged for M.
M was perfect. Now, I tried buying them 2 pajamas and ordered size M, since previously, that was their perfect size. Well, M would not fit by far and I asked for an exchange. I sent the 2 M back to them to exchange for L.
They emailed me back saying they found a few hairs on one of the PJs (only after trying on my cat ONCE, label in tact etc) and tried charging me $7 for it as if they couldn't resell this item after brushing off the few hairs. Then they wanted me to pay $7 for a return label in order to send my replacement sizes, despite advertising free exchanges. With each email, new "rules" and "terms/conditions" kept comping up that aren't readily visible when just shopping.
I finally gave up and told them to cancel it all and process a return instead. TERRIBLE customer service

I order a Xmas gift for my daughter and her new puppy. I got an email it was delivered.
It was not delivered to her, but you're still getting the payments from me. They told me not to worry, she will receive her gift.
Now I get an email that this has to be reviewed.
This is very frustrating. This was a special gift for my daughter. It was her first Xmas with her new puppy.

I was asking for a discount code for 1st time buyers. I did not get any help. There is a place to enter a discount code, so I would assume 1st time buyers would get one.
